WORKING STRENGTH
We have efficient operations team to handle the operations needs of our clients.
He will also make sure that the procedures and planning given by the admin are Implemented properly and his transport team following it properly.
Project in charge is the person who will monitor and will take care of daily Activities of transport system. He will take care of fostering, routing, Allocation of vehicles, dry runs and other activities.
Transport team leader will make sure that the vehicles should reach at the pickup point well in advance and
he will also make sure that the agent should get all the relative information regarding their pickup vehicles.
Transport co-ordinators will help the vehicle to reach their destinations Properly. He will also make sure that the vehicles should reach in the office as Per the instructions given by the admin.
Tracker will keep a close track of all the movement. He will help us with the data like vehicle reporting time.

PROCESS & CONTROL
Vehicles will report at start point- 15 minutes in advance based on the routes planned by the Routers.
Supervisors will follow up with the drivers and the staff for proper pickups.
Supervisors will prepare the rosters and allocate the vehicles as per the requirement of pickup and drops and as instructed by the infra dept.
Each vehicle will carry logbook & attendance sheet to capture kms and details of employees traveled.
In case of non-availability of staff, the driver will report to the tracker.
At destination, logbooks and the attendance sheets are counter signed by trackers and thus the data will be captured.
If any vehicle stuck up in traffic or road jam due to accident will be intimated immediately to the infra dept.
Mis report will be generated and submitted to the infra dept. As per the requirement.
